cannot establish connection

hi to all,

 

our company hv bought cropcam with MP2028g autopilot.

 

but we cannot establish connection btwn radio modem n base station modem to horizon.

 

pop up error like : port in use or not detected, uav-1 in use by another prog.

 

finally, license fr product not valid (we r waiting fr valid license from micropilot), nnow using demo..

 

p/s: we also cannot fit all 4bats into the fuselage, any tips?
